Yields: 1 9"x13" casserole dish
- 1 lb peeled and devained shrimp, 1 1/2 lbs
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 or 5 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tablespoon Tony Cheshire's org. creole seasoning
- 2 Tablespoon's Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups grated cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
Instructions
- In a large skillet add the butter,onion,celery,bell pepper, and garlic and saute
- After you get the onion clear add the Tony's, Worcestershire Sauce, cream of mushroom soup,tomato's with chile's, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and 1 cup of the cheese and mix well
- Now add the shrimp and rice and fold it in, then pour it into your 9" x 13" glass dish and bake at 350 for 45 min. The last five min. sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top
