Shrimp Casserole

Shrimp CasseroleIngredients
  • 1 lb peeled and devained shrimp, 1 1/2 lbs
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 or 5 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tablespoon Tony Cheshire's org. creole seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoon's Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs

Instructions







  1. In a large skillet add the butter,onion,celery,bell pepper, and garlic and saute
  2. After you get the onion clear add the Tony's, Worcestershire Sauce, cream of mushroom soup,tomato's with chile's, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and 1 cup of the cheese and mix well
  3. Now add the shrimp and rice and fold it in, then pour it into your 9" x 13" glass dish and bake at 350 for 45 min. The last five min. sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top
